Noon Mediterranean was an Austin-based fast casual restaurant chain created the world's smallest food truck out of a Smart Car in 2011. Noon co-founder Dominik Stein was included on Forbes' "30 Under 30" list under the Food & Drink category in 2017. Noon filed for bankruptcy on August 6, 2018 and sold to Daphne's Greek Cafe on October 7, 2018 and were rebranded as Daphne's in 2019 but were closed in late July, 2019.

Travel back to a stage in time with me to rekindle the memories of food franchises and the lost cuisine of bygone days. We can remember the presence of these dining experiences in their heyday long ago, but still etched in moments and recollections.
